Anita is a native Siouxlander. She also holds ABR, CRS and GRI designations.

As an active member of the Greater Sioux City Board of Realtors she has served as a 1984/85 and 2006/2007 President and 1999 Chairperson of the Board, 4 years on the Finance Committee and Co-chaired the Professional Standards Committee. A member of the IAR and NAR, she served as Associate Vice President in 1986, and was selected the 1987/88 "Realtor of the Year". She established Woodland Realty in 1980 and has been a consistent "Million Dollar Producer" while never failing to be responsible for the needs of her Association or profession.

Anita has been involved in the residential homebuilding and land development business with her husband and now her son; establishing a long respected reputation in the Siouxland area. She was a 1980 Charter President of the Women's Council of Homebuilders. Woodland Realty is a member of HBA of Siouxland, IHBA and NAHB.

Though the new home market is exciting, she finds all facets of the real estate business challenging and rewarding. A stickler for detail, she endeavors to provide a high standard of professionalism.

Kevin was born and raised in Siouxland. He is a member of the Greater Sioux City Board of REALTORS®, Iowa Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS® and has achieved Associate Broker license. Kevin is also a member of the Multiple Listing Service in which he can offer you the most up to date market information.

Kevin also brings to the table an established background in construction; residential home building, concrete construction and equipment operations. This well founded education and experience provides a valuable tool to buyers and sellers in the real estate market. He and his company are members of the NAHB, IHBA and the Greater Siouxland Homebuilders Association.

Jennifer was born and raised in Siouxland. She graduated from Hinton High School and attended Western Iowa Tech Community College and has been associated with Small Contracting and Woodland Realty since 1996.
